Step1. Define City, Center & Batches

For the start, please define the locations of your academy ie. city and centers. After you define the centers, add batches/groups inside it.

Step2. Define users for your academy

We provide an initial admin login when we setup you account, rest of the accounts can be set up by you from admin panel

  1. Manage Users
  2. Manage Roles (Not required for setup)
  3. User Access Management

Step3. Define Payment Structure

After you setup your centers and users, its time for now to setup payments

  1. Payment Categories setup
  2. Payment Structure Setup
  3. GST & Taxes

Step4. Add Students / Players

  1. From Admin Panel
  2. Registration form with payment
  3. Registration form without payment
  4. You can also send data in fixed excel format which we will import one time during onboarding
